For the past year ive been having lots of spam on this site. its been crazy.

i get about 150 messages a day.

Here look at my gmail its just disgusting…

I get so much i can barely delete it all, before more comes.

LOl its horrible.

“Akismet Comment Spam Fighter” is helping i guesss. before this spam stuff would automactically be added to the site without my permission. now i just get spammed for approval of these messages. Some are actually valid but many are not. So i kinda of lose the effort to actually read and approve what is good.

WoW i never thought it was so hard.

(turn off router function on modem, get router to control modem)

anyways the most important thing is to take ur time and not plug it all together. Plug the modem to ur pc and configure it so that it doesnt conflict with the 192.168.2.1 ip. Or if ur really confused just press the reset button on the 2wire in for about 10 seconds.

Now get ur PPOE settings and stuff ready aka username/pass.

Now plug in ur router, if this router has the ip 192.168.2.1 then u would have problems if no u can simply plug it in and acess the stuff normally. Go in set up the DSl line and u should be good to go.

*NOTE this is only useful for routers such as belkins as they have the same ip as the 2wire which just makes it so much harder. u can plug it in many different ways and they should all work.

Here are some common problems found on the blackberry wifi models, that are connected to any 2wire modem/router.

These cases are awfully cheap. Most people end up buying one and find out that with it on you can’t put it into the holster that came with the bold.  so yeah im stuck with deciding which to use. since i cant use them together.
